• Proposal and invoice PDFs render through one document layout: org logo, consistent page furniture, real page numbers. Applies to documents sealed from this release on — already-sealed documents are immutable by design.
• Invoice issue and due dates persist as entered; an impossible date is rejected by name instead of failing generically.
• Invoice drafts can be deleted.
• Concurrent invoice edits: a stale tab is rejected rather than overwriting the newer version.
• Sealed invoices no longer re-total after sealing.
• Files tab counts every file exactly once — added an Unfiled group, so All equals the sum of its groups.
